1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Name: Rescue Rob SMS Program
This SMS messaging program sends Automated Reminders transactional and alert messages on behalf of BERTRAM INVESTOR FUNDING LLC, operating as Rescue Rob.
Automated Reminders transactional and alert messages: including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications, sent to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at www.rescuerob.com or via our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive service-based SMS notifications.
Opt-in consent is collected through website or scheduling forms using a dedicated, unchecked checkbox. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to unsubscribe at any time. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, or text "START" to resume receiving messages.

4. Important Information
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

This messaging program complies with CTIA and carrier requirements and adheres to applicable federal and state laws. It follows industry best practices for A2P messaging.
6. Privacy
All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver the SMS service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

7. Prohibited Content
Our SMS messages will never contain:
- Phishing, smishing, or social engineering attempts
- Illegal content (must comply with federal and state laws)
- SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) that does not meet regulations
8. Recurring Messages Disclosure
By opting into our SMS program, you authorize us to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Depending on your service selection, you may receive regular recurring messages. You are not required to agree to receive recurring messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
